Windows 7 Can Bring Touch Conputing to UMPCs

Our friend Joe over at Only UMPC today posted a video of Microsoft’s demo for their Multi-Touch capabilities being incorporated into the successor for Windows Vista. Indeed this appears to be a boon for UMPC and Tablet PC users as well.

As Joe points out:

A lot of the features might seem nothing on a Desktop and Laptop but sure will be handy in UMPCs.

True, interestingly, this looks to us like a demonstration for their Microsoft Surface Tabletop PC but it be nice if such advancements are coming with the new OS expected sometime in the next 18 to 24 months.
